We welcome visitors to our workshop by appointment. Seeing our process firsthand helps clients understand the care and craftsmanship that goes into every piece. During your visit, you can view sample pieces, examine wood species options, and discuss your project in detail.

Consultation Process

We offer two consultation options to accommodate different preferences and project scales:

Virtual Consultation

For clients outside the Greater Toronto Area or those with straightforward projects, we offer video consultations. Share photos and measurements of your space, and we will discuss options and provide preliminary recommendations.

In-Home Consultation

For complex projects or when precise measurements are critical, we visit your space in person. This allows us to assess installation requirements, lighting conditions, and how the piece will interact with existing elements.

Initial consultations are complimentary within the GTA. For locations further afield, we may charge a travel fee that gets credited toward your project if you proceed.

Timelines vary based on project complexity, material availability, and current workload. We provide estimated completion dates in all formal quotes.

Response times: We strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day. During busy periods, response times may extend to two business days. For urgent matters, please indicate this in your message. We do not provide phone support; all communication is handled via email to ensure accurate documentation of project details and specifications.
